WELSH SPEAKING ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR CITY CENTRE COMPANY!
Role:
1. To provide administrative and secretarial support
2. To make travel and accommodation arrangements for managers including venue booking, and co-ordinating internal meeting and external meetings
3. To assist the team in dealing with enquiries by telephone and in writing
Skills required:
Ability to carry out all tasks in Welsh and English
Previous administration/secretarial experience
IT Literate and excellent communication skills
Excellent holiday package and benefits available. The position is initially on a fixed term contract basis until 31st December 2009 but may be made permanent for the right person.
