Well established Insurance Brokers are looking for a Trainee Sales Manager to join one of its busy and profitable branches. In this role you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day organisation and management of the Branch. You will be responsible for staff moral, motivation, discipline and training in conjunction with Head Office, whilst ensuring sales and revenue targets are met each month. To remain focused, committed and loyal to both the Company and Customers at all times.
Some key responsibilities and duties:
• Dealing with customers over the telephone and counter.
• Be sufficiently knowledgeable and aware of market products.
• Ensure that the Insurer is always identified.
• Make clear all U/W requirements, restrictions and exclusions.
• Explain the various covers available/applicable.
• Confirm all company charges as per the terms of business.
• Cross sell all other company products at all times.
• Administer/Oversee/Audit the processing of all New Business obtained to comply with the company point of sale procedures.
• Inviting renewals.
• Chasing renewals.
• Processing renewals.
• Confirmation that cover is in force.
• Working in harmony with the administration unit.
