Job Description:
You will be calling clients and speaking with the decision maker to highlight the companies product and look to sell in the product.
Making outbound calls to clients and also taking in bound calls with regards queries on what they have to offer
Ensuring that all leads are acted on
Sending out any literature and information that is requested by clients
Updating the database with information from sales calls and diarising activity
Person Specification:
Strong sales and customer service skills
Professional and friendly telephone manner
High standard of business writing skills – spelling and grammar must be accurate and documents well presented
Good organisational skills
This is not a job that involves 'hard sell' as our courses are well known and well regarded but you do need to enjoy, and have an appetite for the challenge of, sales.
Understanding of the legal profession would be an advantage but is not essential.
