Well known company in Cardiff are looking for an efficient Team Administrator to work on a fixed term contract covering a maternity leave. The contract is to last between 6 and 12 months.
The role is a very busy one and has the following duties:
-supporting the Conductor manager
-All round admin skills are essential
-updating medical records
-some minute taking
-organising buffets
-dealing with stores
-ordering stationery
-updating and maintaining records
-ordering mobiles, equipments
For this role you will need the following skills:
-clear and concise letter writing capability
-word and excel with powerpoint a bonus
