Fresh Recruitment Wales recruits for a number of well know Charities across the UK and we are now assisting one of the major UK charities in finding a corporate fundraiser, the position is Office based and comes with good benefits and parking.
Job Description:
Setting the corporate fundraising plans for the region.
Setting and achieving the net income targets from corporate fundraising in the region.
Delivering the targets and plans for corporate fundraising across the region.
Ensuring corporate fundraising activities are professionally organised and adhere to legal frameworks and procedures.
Keeping up to date with corporate fundraising activities across the sector and with in the region.
Setting the development of new and existing corporate fundraising activities across the region.
Providing and analysing statistical data and information about corporate fundraising activities, supporters and volunteers, development opportunities etc
Developing a team of volunteers to support corporate fundraising in the region.
Recruiting, supporting and managing volunteers in line with procedures.
Developing long term relationships with individuals and organisations in the corporate sector to support the fundraising strategy.
Skills Needed:
Secured and developed a variety of corporate relationships achieving recruitment targets.
Managed a variety of corporate fundraising relationships e.g. Charity of the Year, bespoke events
Managed and achieved a cost effective income/expenditure budget, from a number of corporate relationships
Responsible for the risk assessment and third party agreements involved with corporate relationships
Managed a Volunteer Business Ambassador, or similar; or Business Development Committee
Supervised people.
