Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Asst to join their team.
The role is as follows:
• File and retrieve documentation (electronically and manually) and accurately maintain manual and computerised records and information systems
• Provide clerical support, e.g. photocopying, faxing, sorting and distributing post to facilitate the efficient work of others.
• Print, sort and distribute cheques.
• Produce straightforward documents using appropriate software and office equipment to support the work of others.
• Provide occasional cover for the switchboard and post room.
